This video provides a practical operation and maintenance guide for a smokeless Yakiniku grill table, covering essential steps for safe operation and daily care. Proper operation and routine maintenance help keep the smokeless Yakiniku grill table clean, efficient, and ready for daily restaurant use.
Operation & Maintenance Guide
1. Before using the table, open the purifier's door and remove the plastic packaging from the activated carbon filter. This ensures optimal smoke-free performance when the purifier is operating. And then close the purifier's door.
2. Before using the grill, make sure the water tray ( oil tray) is filled with at least half its capacity. This helps prevent the grill from overheating and reduces the risk of grease from food catching fire, helping to extend the grill’s service life.
3. Connect the main power plug to the power supply, then turn on the grill.
The grill control panel has three functions:
- Heating – the first function and the one used most frequently.
- Temperature – the second function in the middle.
- Timer – the third function.
The “Up” and “Down” buttons at the bottom are used to adjust the corresponding settings.
Please refer to this video for detailed operating instructions.
4. On the purifier control panel, press the “POWER” button to turn on the purifier. Then press the ”PURIFICATION“ button and select HIGH, MIDDLE, or LOW to adjust the airflow.
5. Daily maintenance of the grill includes three important steps:
First: Clean the grill net regularly.
Second: During operation, regularly check the water level in the water tray. Make sure the water level remains at least half full.
Third: At the end of each day, clean the water tray and wipe the grill’s electrical connections with a dry cloth.
